HVAC Install Apprentice
About The Position
Efficient Systems Heating & Cooling is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. This role involves working side-by-side with experienced installers, receiving hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation. The apprentice will assist with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites, operating various hand and power tools, and adhering to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. The company is a family-owned and operated business with a strong focus on employee growth and rewards.
Requirements
- Hard-working, willing to learn
- Experience with HVAC
- Enjoy working with your hands
- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus
- Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes
- Mechanically Inclined
- Ability to commute/relocate: Beaumont, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
- Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs
- Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
