Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic construction or mechanical experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Technical training or coursework in HVAC is a plus!
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced technicians to install and maintain HVAC systems professionally and efficiently.
• Support your team by ensuring tools, materials, and resources are ready for each job.
• Assist in providing a positive customer experience by answering questions and addressing concerns on-site.
• Participate in on-the-job training to gain technical skills and earn certifications (e.g., EPA Type 2, Universal, NATE).
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Take on increasing responsibilities as you develop skills to transition into a lead installer role.
• Work closely with the team to meet company goals and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
