About The Position

StrongBuilt is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, in business since 2015. The company provides a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention, and continues to grow every year. This role is for a full-time member of the HVAC Installs team. The company offers on-site and off-site training programs for continued growth. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, and communicating with homeowners about the status of their system before and after service. Responsibilities also include organizing project layouts based on current code and customer needs, and attending and participating in weekly technical, sales, and communication trainings. Technical training and skills will be taught after hiring.

Requirements

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical aspects of the job.
