About The Position

The HR Recruiter will provide support to the HR department and the facility through involvement in full cycle recruiting and HRIS data entry for new hires of various roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR related field or equivalent experience, required
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, required
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Active Listening & Speaking: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times; talking to others to convey information effectively
  • Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Social Perceptiveness: Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do
  • Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
  • Reading Comprehension: Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism and uphold the company's ethical standards.
  • Must know how to create and use Excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes
  • Exceptional organization skills and practices
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Experience developing winning staffing strategies and action plans
  • High degree of Emotional Intelligence

Nice To Haves

  • Recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment, preferred
  • Experience working for a manufacturing facility preferred.
  • Previous experience with ADP and SAP desired

Responsibilities

  • Successfully assess candidates to determine best fit
  • Provide recruitment reports to HR team and other affected departments
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and attend all on-site interviews
  • Use various outlets to promote company jobs and source candidates, such as social media and job fairs
  • Complete initial candidate documentation and provide needed pre-employment information to candidates
  • Work closely with HR team and management to determine job specification, staffing needs and priorities
  • Communicate employment offers to candidates and report candidate communications of offer to HR team effectively and timely
  • Create and maintain productive and successful candidate pipeline and funnel
  • Establish a presence in production areas to understand various job and their functions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
