About The Position

Acts as the first point of contact for the Human Resources department for incoming employees, applicants, and visitors. Coordinates recruitment efforts supporting the onboarding process for staff hires across the health system and assists with other Human Resources areas as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
At least 1 year of office-type support or administrative experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to interact effectively with customers to meet their needs.
Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and cooperatively within a team.
Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customer needs.
Good organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred.
