About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join a growing organization and play a key role in supporting employees, managers, and business leaders across multiple business units. This position offers broad exposure to all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, training and development, and HR programs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can make a meaningful impact on both employees and the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and HR operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR certification.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or multi-site operations.
  • Knowledge of payroll and compensation administration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and HR-related inquiries.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting jobs, coordinating interviews, scheduling candidates, and onboarding new hires.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and respond to employee questions regarding benefits and compensation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Partner with managers on employee relations matters, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Support Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action programs and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation to support business decisions and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational and workforce initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts within Human Resources.
