We are looking for a high impact Human Resources Generalist to become a key member of our Watts Canada HR team and a valued contributor within the broader Watts Americas HR organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders and cross functional teams to deliver value across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience through recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, training, engagement initiatives, and special HR projects. You will also take ownership of our HR systems, including Workday and UltiPro, ensuring seamless processes, strong data integrity, and insightful reporting that supports business decision making. The HRG will be responsible for serving as a trusted partner to the HR Manager Canada and Canadian employees across the organization. This role requires a team player who builds effective relationships, strong communication pathways and works closely with cross-functional partners to support business success. The HRG supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, organizational development, training, and engagement initiatives. Through actively fostering open communication and collaboration, they ensure HR programs are aligned, effective, and responsive to employee and business needs. This role also manages HRIS activities (Workday and UltiPro), ensuring accurate data management and integrated processes. As an active member of the Watts HR team, the HRG contributes to national HR initiatives while promoting a positive, inclusive, and continuously improving workplace culture. The HRG supports approximately 50 onsite employees, 25 of whom are union, and additional 100 employees across Canada. This position has no direct reports, and this is a backfill role with Watts team Canada. This position reports to the HR Manager, Canada who is remote to the site and sits in BC. This role is onsite 5 days a week and is based in Burlington Ontario.
