Human Resources Generalist
About The Position
The HR Generalist supports the execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, administration, employee relations support, total rewards administration, employee mobility coordination, reporting, and offboarding activities. This role ensures data accuracy, documentation compliance, and timely system updates across HR platforms while responding to employee and manager inquiries. The HR Generalist partners closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COE) to support HR initiatives, escalate complex issues as appropriate, and maintain operational discipline, process consistency, and data integrity across HR systems.
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Proficiency in ensuring data accuracy, documentation compliance, and timely system updates
- Ability to respond to employee and manager inquiries
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COE)
- Skill in escalating complex issues
- Ability to maintain operational discipline, process consistency, and data integrity
