About the position
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner at SimplyInsured will play a crucial role in shaping and advancing the People Operations function within the company. This role involves building strong relationships with leaders and employees, providing consultation and guidance on various People Operations needs. The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate with the Senior Director of People Operations to design and execute strategic initiatives, advise managers on employee relations matters, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and contribute to workforce planning and development. Additionally, this role will involve managing and improving daily operational activities in human resources.
- 6+ years in human resources function: HR generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the employee base and management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex human resources projects and initiatives in a rapidly scaling and preferably remote-first, multi-state environment
- Working knowledge of human resources principles and procedures as well as an intermediate understanding of the laws and regulations that govern the workforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
