Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, designing innovative features, and driving integrations with our partnerships. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical landscape of our platform. With a strong background in full-stack web development and expertise in front-end technologies, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences and driving the success of our platform.

- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable frontend architectures - Take ownership of both frontend and backend aspects, resolving challenges and providing exceptional user experiences - Lead the end-to-end execution of projects - Exhibit a strong aptitude for problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration - Demonstrate leadership by setting standards, fostering innovation, and ensuring feature quality through rigorous testing - Bring a user-centric perspective to all engineering endeavors - Debug and enhance infrastructure, identifying areas of improvement - Architect elegant solutions amidst complex business scenarios, especially in domains such as health insurance - Successfully lead and contribute to projects from concept to launch - Communicate effectively with diverse teams - Understand and navigate the intricacies of web applications

- At least 6+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong emphasis on front end technologies such as React, Redux, and Ruby. - Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable frontend architectures. - Ability to take ownership of both frontend and backend aspects and resolve challenges. - Experience leading and contributing to projects from concept to launch. - Expertise in debugging and enhancing infrastructure and identifying areas of improvement. - Versatility across the entire technology stack, including designing Redux stores and optimizing deployment scripts. - Ability to architect elegant solutions in complex business scenarios, particularly in domains such as health insurance. - Superb written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. - Deep understanding of reading the DOM, interpreting network and JavaScript interactions, and navigating web applications.
