Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager at SimplyInsured will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the company's platform and ensuring that small businesses receive the insurance solutions they need. This individual will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, execute the roadmap, and develop strong cross-functional relationships. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of product management experience, creative and analytical thinking, and a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems. • Gather, structure, and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Execute the roadmap across the technology stack to deliver industry-leading service at scale
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships to connect the product, the value proposition, and the audience
• Synthesize and summarize competitive intel, industry data, and market feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
• Bring ideas on best approaches to making products more effective in new and innovative ways
• Partner with the engineer and design teams to bring the product vision to life with prototypes and mocks
• Have 5+ years of product management experience
• Possess creative and analytical thinking
• Have experience working on SaaS and/or marketplace products
• Be a proactive problem solver
• Have experience developing creative solutions to complex problems

• The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - 185,000.
