About The Position

This is a 12-month contract position with no guarantee of extension or conversion. The role involves managing workforce data, tracking overseas assignments, coordinating organizational changes, processing bereavement data, and preparing employment verification letters. The position requires full-time on-site presence in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

  • Associate degree; degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 0–3 years of progressive experience in workforce analytics or program management
  • Demonstrated capability in workforce reporting, data analysis, and program/project tracking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (or Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update people-related data to reflect current progress, ensuring all personnel records consistently match actual conditions.
  • Manage the end-to-end tracking of employee extensions and repatriation processes, promptly notifying all stakeholders of any changes in personnel status.
  • Proactively communicate with managers and employees to remind managers and respective HRBPs of pending approvals, providing clear updates on current approval statuses and estimated timelines for subsequent process steps.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees undergoing extensions or repatriation; address policy-based inquiries, track internal job search progress, and coordinate with site HRBPs/People Partners to initiate necessary sign-off workflows.
  • Coordinate administrative logistics for employee communication meetings, including scheduling, venue booking, conduct pre-meeting equipment checks, and attendance tracking as well as on-site needed.
  • Initiate and track organizational and personnel change approval flow, proactively following up with relevant managers and stakeholders to ensure sign-offs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Accurately process and load bereavement data into the system.
  • Prepare, verify, and issue and send Employment Verification (EV) letters for current and former employees upon request.
