Provides advanced activities that ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the corporate HR function. This role involves troubleshooting configuration and integration issues, supporting system solutions by maintaining organizations, setup data, and security role assignments. The analyst will advise on the proper use of solution functionality, design and implement new security configurations, and support existing ones. They will also create custom reports, work with functional experts on documentation, configure the HRIT solution following standard software development lifecycle, analyze software releases, and develop/execute test plans. Additionally, the role involves assisting with system processes and standards definition, and performing regular system audits. The HRIT Liaison aspect involves working with client groups like HR and Payroll systems teams, creating requirement and functional specification documents, providing input into project scope and plans, and collaborating on optimal solutions. Day-to-day support includes tracking and resolving tickets. Project Administration involves understanding project concepts, assisting in implementation, creating and maintaining project plans, tracking project phases, reporting on progress, and resolving issues. Business Analysis and Reporting includes reviewing and documenting business processes and system functionality, analyzing HR activities and trends, evaluating information from multiple sources, and maintaining Workday integrations. Q&A Testing involves defining, developing, and executing test plans, ensuring tests are conducted and documented, and following change management processes.
