About The Position

Braven is hiring an HRIS Analyst, Workday, to serve as the hands-on owner of its Workday platform. The role partners with People & Operations to build and maintain Workday support for staff, and with IT to make Workday the trusted source of people data for access, provisioning, and automations across Braven’s systems. As a member of the Systems team, the analyst owns Workday’s long-term configuration, security, integrations, and reporting to support organizational growth. The position reports directly to the Head of Workplace Technology & Operations. The role is based in Chicago, with three in-office days each week, Tuesday through Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday. Teammates must live within commuting distance of the Chicago hub. Occasional availability outside standard hours is needed during Workday releases, integration testing, and major configuration changes. The position is full-time, regular, exempt, benefits-eligible, and operates at 100% capacity. The stated compensation range in Chicago is $69,000–$74,100 annually, based on a 50-hour work week. Braven is a national nonprofit that prepares promising college students to secure a strong first opportunity after graduation through a career-accelerating program delivered with higher education and employer partners. Its ambition is to serve 80,000–100,000 Fellows over the next decade.

  • Own joiner, mover, and leaver provisioning from Workday into Okta, partnering with IT to ensure access is granted and removed accurately and on time.
