About The Position
Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and reliable HR Coordinator to join its care team in Cordova, Tennessee. The HR Coordinator supports human resources operations by preparing employee personnel records, onboarding and orienting new employees, and performing other tasks assigned by the Administrator, Director of HR and Payroll, or corporate team. The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of protected information in verbal, written, and electronic communications.
Requirements
- Experience working in Human Resources.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate employee personnel records.
- Onboard and orient new employees.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator, Director of HR and Payroll, or corporate team.
