About The Position

The HR Consultant facilitates HR processes for specified lines of business across Springfield Clinic. The role coordinates HR development, provides analytical and technical support, and assists with designing and implementing HR programs and strategies to support an engaged workforce.

The position reports to the HR Manager or HR Director and operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional-level HR experience.
• Previous HR experience.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Human Resources-related certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP.

Responsibilities

• Recommend changes to HR programs to better position Springfield Clinic in the marketplace.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements.
• Advise and partner with Springfield Clinic leaders on business and staffing needs.
• Develop, recommend, and implement HR strategies.
• Ensure prompt and thorough communication between HR and managers.
• Maintain a fast and efficient pace and comply with Springfield Clinic incident reporting policies and procedures.
• Adhere to applicable OSHA and Springfield Clinic training and accomplishment requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Springfield Clinic's Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
