About The Position

Lad Lake is looking for an organized, welcoming, and highly dependable HR Assistant / Dousman Campus Receptionist to join our Human Resources team. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys both people and details. You will be the welcoming face of our Dousman campus—greeting candidates, employees, families, visitors, vendors, and community partners—and an important member of our HR team, helping keep the systems, records, and processes behind our employee experience running smoothly. Some moments you'll be helping a nervous candidate find their interview. Others you'll be updating an employee record, coordinating new-hire paperwork, scheduling a training, answering an employee's question, or making sure our files are ready for an audit. If you like being the person who knows what needs to happen, keeps things organized, and helps people get where they need to go, you may love this role.
