About The Position

The Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park in Pewaukee is looking for a detail-oriented person to help guide our evening Housekeeping team. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 2-10pm, though some flexibility is possible. The role requires the ability to work weekends. The supervisor will train new staff, guide the team to ensure work is completed in a timely manner, and maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and locker rooms. Responsibilities also include wiping down tables and chairs, and using a radio to communicate for deliveries to guest rooms.

Requirements

Ability to work weekends consistently
Ability to work day shift on occasion for vacation coverage
Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift
Ability to communicate in English over radio
Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Clean all public areas and keep rechecking within a regular time frame, set by the manager. (Examples include: vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, restrooms).
Check on work being performed by Public Area Attendants.
Train new staff.
Assist with inventory, lost & found.
Clean, maintain and store cleaning equipment and tools.
Communicate in English with front desk to deliver items to guest rooms.
Resolve any guest issues relating to housekeeping.
Clean rooms requesting late stayover service.
