About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads by example and inspires a team to create clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for guests. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily housekeeping operations, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and motivates team members in a busy hospitality environment. The supervisor also embodies Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic while shaping the culture and performance of the department.

Requirements

At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.
Must pass a background check and drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Guide the housekeeping team and help it succeed.
Assign duties to housekeepers and inspect team members’ work.
Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up on them.
Supervise assigned teams.
