About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations and helps ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities are clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming. The supervisor leads Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training, and steps in when the Housekeeping Manager is away. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, completing reports, monitoring productivity, handling lost-and-found items and key control, and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards for facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training.
• Step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away.
• Handle lost-and-found items and maintain key control, including access to master keys, storage rooms, and secure files.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across hotel facilities and equipment.
