About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at the Hampton Inn Findlay, ensuring rooms, facilities, and equipment meet cleanliness and sanitation standards. The supervisor leads and trains Room Attendants and House Attendants, supports smooth operations through inspections, reports, and productivity checks, and maintains safety and security procedures. The role also steps in for the Housekeeping Manager when they are away.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reporting, and productivity checks.
• Lead, motivate, and communicate with Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Provide hands-on training to housekeeping team members.
• Manage lost-and-found items and maintain key control.
• Control access to sensitive areas, including master keys, storage rooms, and secure files.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across facilities and equipment.
• Step in for the Housekeeping Manager when they are away.
