About The Position
Concord Hospitality is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Room Attendant at Marriott Crabtree in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
- Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
- Report guest-room areas that need attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC.
- Maintain the security of assigned equipment, keys, and supplies.
- Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
