About The Position
Concord Hospitality is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Room Attendant at Marriott Crabtree in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role pays $16.00 per hour, with a stated pay range of $16.00ā$19.20 per hour, and the listed shift is 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The attendant cleans and services assigned guest rooms according to hotel procedures and standards, maintains an organized and stocked linen cart, reports room issues and lost-and-found items, secures issued equipment and supplies, and responds to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
- Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
- Report areas in guest rooms that need attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC.
- Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
- Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
