About The Position
Concord Hospitality is hiring a full-time Houseperson to assist the Housekeeping Department at Marriott Crabtree in Raleigh, North Carolina. The position pays $15.50 per hour and is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Houseperson helps maintain clean, orderly public areas, supports housekeeping with lifting and priority requests, reports missing or found items and maintenance concerns, and assists guests courteously. Responsibilities
- Make rounds through the halls during each shift to ensure public areas are clean and tidy, removing or replacing anything out of order.
- Coordinate with and help housekeeping staff with heavy lifting and priority requests.
- Report missing or found articles and signs of damage or needed repairs.
- Attend to guests graciously, answer questions, and obtain additional help when needed.
