About The Position
The Banquet Houseman sets up and breaks down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders, attends to guest needs, and maintains a consistent, clean presentation in public spaces during events. The role ensures supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning, tracks event supplies and equipment, stores furnishings when they are not in use, and promptly reports repair and maintenance needs. Experience is not necessary. The position requires full mobility, continuous movement, and lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently. Hours must be flexible to coincide with hotel events. The listed pay range is $16.50–$19.80 per hour, with a starting rate of $16.50 per hour.
