About The Position
Concord is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor, also described as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, for the Marriott Crabtree in Raleigh, North Carolina. The starting rate is $17–$20 per hour. The role supports the bar and lounge team and helps maintain food and beverage service quality, inventory, and cost controls. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant, beverage-cost knowledge, and familiarity with sequence of service. Micros experience is a plus. The position requires a hands-on approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to assist across food service and, as needed, other areas of hotel operations. Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory position within a full-service restaurant.
- Knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to bar and lounge servers, bartenders, bussers, stewards, and hostesses.
- Assist the manager with ordering hotel liquor, maintaining required inventories, and complying with North Carolina ABC laws, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain liquor costs and implement inventory controls to keep costs within budget.
- Provide associates with the tools and equipment they need to do their jobs.
- Take immediate action on problems encountered in the kitchen or restaurant.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, and monthly kitchen inventory.
- Ensure food is high quality, properly prepared according to recipe, and expedited to all outlets smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist in all areas of food service and, as needed, other areas of hotel operations.
