About The Position

Long Creek in Ridgedale is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, guest-friendly, proactive individual with a passion for hospitality. The Housekeeping Inspector inspects guest rooms and public common areas to ensure they meet the resort’s cleanliness, quality, and working-order standards before guests arrive. The role also involves providing outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and their families, supporting coworkers, reporting quality or maintenance issues, and helping maintain secure and accurate supplies and inventory.

Requirements

• Ability to perform multitask assignments.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with team members and guests.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned guest units to ensure they meet the resort’s cleanliness, quality, and working-order standards.
• Inspect assigned public common areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and their families.
• Assist coworkers as needed.
• Report quality problems to management and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Complete written inspections on units as designated by management.
• Replace missing inventory items in units.
• Report maintenance problems to management and suspicious activities to security.
• Keep departmental assets and supplies secure in storage.
• Assist management in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventories.
