About The Position

The Housekeeping Inspector maintains cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public common areas at Casa Del Mar Resort while providing outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and their families. The role inspects assigned units and public areas, cleans them as assigned, reports quality and maintenance issues, and supports inventory and supply security and accuracy.

Requirements

• Ability to perform multitask assignments.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with team members and guests.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned units to ensure they meet the resort’s quality standards.
• Inspect assigned public common areas.
• Clean units and public common areas as assigned.
• Report quality problems to management and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Complete written inspections of units as designated by management.
• Replace missing inventory items in units.
• Report maintenance problems to management and suspicious activities to security.
• Keep departmental assets and supplies secure in storage.
• Assist management in maintaining accurate inventories of linen and supplies.
• Provide outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and their families.
