About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time, service-oriented Housekeeping Inspector. The role helps ensure guest rooms and public areas meet company cleanliness and sanitation standards, and that rooms are properly stocked and supplied with clean linens, bedding, and towels. The inspector follows hotel safety and security procedures, maintains knowledge of the property and its services, and reports guest belongings left behind according to lost-and-found procedures. The position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow all hotel safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding area.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel's lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
