HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Ballad Health - Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee. The role performs light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly healthcare establishment, including cleaning rooms and halls, making beds, replenishing linens, and vacuuming. The position is scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with days that may vary. No previous experience is required. The fixed pay rate is $14.25 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully clearing a criminal background check and drug screening after an offer; nicotine testing is not required. Phone interviews will be conducted.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, detail-oriented customer service.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping problem calls, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and act professionally with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
