About The Position

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The role performs light cleaning duties to keep healthcare facilities clean and orderly, including cleaning rooms and halls, making beds, and replenishing linens. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays required. The fixed pay rate is $17.75 per hour. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, detail-oriented customer service.
Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
Wipe down glass surfaces.
Make beds and change linens as required.
Arrange furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
Respond to guest queries and requests.
Respond to housekeeping-related calls, including spills and broken glass.
Contribute to team efforts and behave professionally with customers, fellow associates, and others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
