About The Position

Marquette is seeking a dependable, hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. The role supports a welcoming community for residents, families, and team members through attention to detail and service. The schedule is 3:30 PM to 12 AM, with work every other weekend. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with consideration based on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Passion for hospitality and creating a positive environment for seniors.

Nice To Haves

• Six months to one full year of housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the community.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to keep resident rooms and common areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Assist with laundry duties as assigned, including the every-other-weekend rotation.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a healthy environment.
• Support a positive resident experience through pride in work and a hospitality-focused approach.
