HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, Delaware. The Housekeeper performs light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly healthcare environment. The role includes cleaning rooms and halls, replenishing linens, making beds, and vacuuming. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary; rotating weekends and holidays are required. No prior experience is required. The pay range is $17.50 to $18.50 per hour. Requirements

- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping calls, including problems such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and demonstrate professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
