About The Position

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring full-time Housekeepers at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. The role performs light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly hospital environment, including cleaning rooms and halls, making beds, replenishing linens, and vacuuming. Housekeepers provide attentive customer service to customers, guests, and others while supporting the hospital’s mission and contributing to team efforts. Training is offered. The fixed pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
Wipe down glass surfaces.
Make beds and change linens as required.
Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
Respond to guest queries and requests.
Respond to housekeeping problem calls, such as spills and broken glasses.
Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
