About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Vitalia N Royalton in North Royalton, Ohio. The position pays $15.75–$26.50 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Housekeeper provides services that help make residents’ rooms comfortable, clean, and cozy, and keeps shared spaces—including the lobby and employee break room—tidy and orderly.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency with residents.
Positive, energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Must be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health must be verified by a physician’s health screening no more than six months before employment or within seven days following employment; must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Provide housekeeping services to make residents’ areas comfortable, clean, and cozy.
Keep areas such as the lobby and employee break room tidy and clean, with everything in its place.
Push and pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
