About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, Ohio. The role provides housekeeping services for residents and helps maintain clean, comfortable, and orderly areas throughout the community, including shared spaces such as the lobby and employee break room. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $15.75–$26.50 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
Positive, energetic attitude and a desire to work with residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Must be active and able to perform the physical tasks of the role, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Good physical health must be verified by a physician’s health screening performed no more than six months before or seven days after employment; must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Provide housekeeping services that keep residents’ areas comfortable, clean, and welcoming.
Maintain tidy, clean, and orderly community areas, including the lobby and employee break room.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the workday.
Frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
