About The Position

Highland Palms Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable, hardworking Housekeeper to help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members. The role involves cleaning and maintaining resident, common, and facility areas; restocking supplies; disposing of trash; maintaining housekeeping equipment and supplies; reporting maintenance concerns; and following established cleanliness, safety, and infection-control procedures. The position is part-time.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident, common, and facility areas.
• Clean restrooms, floors, fixtures, and other assigned spaces.
• Restock housekeeping and restroom supplies as needed.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns or needed repairs.
• Follow established cleanliness, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
