About The Position

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a part-time Housekeeper at ES Franciscan Place in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The role performs light cleaning duties to maintain clean and orderly facilities, including hospitals. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with days that may vary; additional details will be provided during the interview. Previous housekeeping experience is required. The fixed pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

TouchPoint serves patients, families, and visitors at Ascension Health hospitals across the United States. Associates contribute to a welcoming and clean environment that supports patient care and healing.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience is required.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, detail-oriented customer service.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash sanitarily.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as required.
• Arrange furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
• Respond to guest queries and requests.
• Respond to housekeeping issues, such as spills and broken glass.
• Contribute to team efforts and act professionally with customers, fellow associates, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
