About The Position

Benchmark is seeking a part-time housekeeper to help maintain a safe and clean community for residents, associates, and visitors. The role includes laundering towels, bed linens, and resident laundry, as well as maintaining resident apartments and shared spaces. Requirements

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean assigned resident apartments according to the supervisor's schedule.
Clean bathrooms, including toilet bowls, sinks, and bathtubs; wipe countertops and mirrors; and sterilize floors.
Wipe kitchen counters and surfaces under objects, and mop kitchen floors.
Vacuum all exposed areas completely, including edges.
Empty and rinse wastebaskets when necessary.
Wash the inside of windows as needed.
Clean common areas according to standards and practices, including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units.
Clean other flat surfaces as scheduled or requested by the supervisor.
Maintain an orderly, clean laundry room.
Store chemicals according to product or supervisor instructions.
Launder towels, bed linens, and resident laundry.
