About The Position

Join Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) as a part-time Housekeeper in a long-term care facility. The role supports a clean and safe environment and contributes to positive resident and customer experiences. The Housekeeper performs routine cleaning and sanitation, follows infection-control and safety procedures, maintains cleaning records, and communicates maintenance or safety issues. The position requires physical activity, the ability to work around cleaning products, and residence within the service area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously and daily.
• Work around cleaning products.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Reside within the service area.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices as part of daily housekeeping tasks.
• Clean and sanitize areas according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection-control and universal-precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
