Housekeeper/Part Time
About The Position
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas in the community. The role includes general cleaning, preparing vacant apartments for resident move-ins, and responding promptly to resident and guest needs. The Housekeeper may also be asked to help respond to resident emergencies and is expected to maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position requires clear and effective communication in English, the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant, and practical problem-solving skills in situations with limited standardization.
Requirements
