About The Position

The Housekeeper maintains and cleans guest rooms at TRU by Hilton in Manchester, New Hampshire. The role involves cleaning guest and back-of-house areas, providing customer service, following housekeeping standards and procedures, responding to guest requests, maintaining supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. Part-time and full-time positions are available. The schedule has an 8:00 AM start time and includes weekdays and some weekends.

Requirements

• Be highly responsible and reliable.
• Be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest areas and back-of-house areas.
• Provide great customer service.
• Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
• Report maintenance items that need attention.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
