About The Position
The Room Attendant joins the housekeeping team at the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront and helps provide guests with a clean, inviting place to stay. The role involves following the hotel’s room-cleaning procedures, ensuring rooms are stocked with guest supplies such as towels and toiletries, and using a cart of cleaning supplies to service different rooms. The attendant may also be asked to assist with tasks that help keep the dining area running smoothly. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn; previous experience is not required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and help guests and coworkers.
- Availability to help on weekends and holidays when needed.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to keep them clean and inviting.
