About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. The role involves cleaning guest rooms and suites according to established procedures and Four Seasons standards, replenishing guest amenities, preparing assigned rooms for turndown, and completing room-attendant duties in occupied and checkout rooms. The attendant works professionally and harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors and must be able to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays. Applicants need housekeeping knowledge, good communication skills, English proficiency, a positive attitude, and the physical mobility required for lifting, walking, bending, and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Work authorization in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and suites in accordance with established procedures and Four Seasons standards.
• Restock used amenities, including shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
• Prepare assigned rooms for turndown guests.
• Perform full Room Attendant duties in assigned occupied and checkout rooms.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
