About The Position

Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel and help create memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and performing similar housekeeping duties. Employees are expected to help maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present themselves and communicate professionally. The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on work involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned. The position supports The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards and its commitment to gracious, thoughtful luxury service.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
