About The Position

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring each guest room is clean and delivering excellent service to guests. The role involves cleaning resort guest rooms and condos, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and working with housekeeping staff and other departments. Work schedules may vary to reflect resort business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are clean in accordance with Department of Health and company standards.
• Review daily assigned arrivals and departures and obtain supplies for housekeeping assignments.
• Clean resort guest rooms and condos, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchen areas, and common areas.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in each room.
• Report room maintenance issues, damage, or malfunctioning equipment to the maintenance department for prompt resolution.
• Perform quality cleaning to required standards within set time limits.
• Submit lost and found articles left in guestrooms according to procedure.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff and other departments to support efficient operations.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
