About The Position
The Housekeeping Room Attendant cleans guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms. The role restocks towels, toiletries, and other amenities; sorts laundry and safely operates laundry machines; and keeps carts and closets organized. The attendant also helps with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed. This full-time role is at the Franklin Embassy Suites in Franklin, Tennessee.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, squat, and remain on your feet for the whole shift.
- Flexible availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
- Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linens.
- Keep housekeeping carts and closets organized.
