About The Position

Signia by Hilton San Jose is seeking Room Attendants to help provide memorable guest experiences through clean, well-maintained guest rooms and warm hospitality. The hotel has 541 rooms and more than 65,000 square feet of meeting and function space, along with culinary experiences, a rooftop pool, and fitness facilities. Room Attendants clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, replenish linens and amenities, maintain housekeeping supplies, respond courteously to guest requests, and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Schedule flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays. Previous professional cleaning experience is expected; hotel experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
