About The Position

The Club Signia Ambassador supports the seamless operation of the Executive Lounge at Signia by Hilton Atlanta and delivers memorable experiences for guests. The role welcomes VIP guests, supports them throughout their stay, prepares and maintains lounge service areas, assists with food and beverage service, and follows applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome VIP guests upon arrival, support them throughout their stay, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Set up and restock the Executive Lounge with supplies, linens, and serviceware.
• Maintain cleanliness in the Executive Lounge kitchen, bar area, and restrooms during the shift.
• Set up and transport food and beverage items for lounge service, ensuring proper arrangement and presentation.
• Collect used serviceware, operate the dishwasher, and dry and store clean items in their proper locations.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
