About The Position

As an Engineer II at Signia by Hilton Atlanta, you will maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The role involves maintaining facilities and equipment across guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas; responding to guest and team member service requests; completing maintenance and repair work; conducting preventive inspections; and documenting completed work and issues that need further attention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of hotel guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform maintenance and repairs involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Document completed inspections and repairs, and flag issues requiring further attention.
